Colorado state law requires the Committee to Elect John Odom report the name, address, occupation and employer for each contributor. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Contributions are not tax deductible. There is no maximum contribution amount for county commissioners in Colorado. The campaign can accept LLP, LLC or PAC contributions.
